A good week to buy 4 or MORE papers.
Remember there is a lady that sales papers for 1.50 in the parking lot of Midwest City
I'm sure if you look in your city you will also find someone selling them cheaper than the stores do.
Most will be out there on Saturday, so you can clip early and be prepared for the sales.
